Cancellation policy and terms of use

The prices displayed are in new shekels and include VAT. All costs, including the cost of shipping, may change from time to time subject to the company’s sole discretion. The final price of each order will be displayed in the summary of the order before payment is made and this amount is binding on the company.

After the actual order has been prepared at the restaurant, it will not be possible to cancel it except with a special authorization given by the company’s customer service department.

In special cases such as late arrival of the shipment not according to the commitment times and/or incompatibilities between the ordered products/packages and what was actually received, you can contact the customer service who will work to settle the issue with the customer.

Cancellation of an order will be done by crediting the credit card on which the order was actually made or in cash only in the case of an order that was paid in cash.

Subject to the terms of use, you will be able to view the meal menu and list of services and products and even place orders through the service.

It is clarified that for orders made by self-pickup, it will not be possible to sit down to eat in the restaurant.

When ordering and subject to the availability of the service, you can order delivery to the address you provide to the company and pay by credit or PayPal or any payment method that the company approves, or you can order and pay through the app and pick up the order yourself at one of the chain’s restaurants. If you choose to pay at the restaurant, you will be asked to stand in the normal line to report the order number and pay for it. The company may, subject to its sole discretion, make use within the service of means of identification aimed at verifying the order, such as SMS or email confirmation. Without such verification as may be required, the provision of the service will not be possible.

All prices are in new shekels and include VAT but do not include the payment for delivery, which will be specified separately during the delivery order. All prices, including delivery, may change from time to time subject to the sole discretion of the company. The price that will apply to the order will be the price shown to you at the time Placing the order. The inventory and availability of the services and products offered in the service are limited and it is possible that when the order is received it will not be possible to provide the ordered product or service. The company reserves the right to change and/or remove the list of products and services offered in the service subject to its sole discretion and is not in these terms of service and/or in the service to oblige the company to offer or provide any services and/or products. The images of the products in the service are for illustration purposes only. There may be differences between the imagesshown in the service, and the products actually delivered, including but not limited to, color differences between the photos of the products in the service and the products as they will actually be delivered.

The deliveries in the service are limited according to the distribution areas of the company and/or of the delivery companies on its behalf. Deliveries may not be delivered and/or orders accepted from certain areas. The company may reduce or cancel distribution areas due to weather conditions / lack of couriers or any reason that will make it difficult for it to deliver to the requested address.

The payment for the order will be made after your request that we prepare the order for you or in the case of cash payment at the checkout. In deliveries, payment will be made upon completion of the order in the service. The payment is made directly to the company’s account through the various clearing houses.

If the details, including but not limited to the delivery address you provided, are incorrect (in whole or in part) or partial and/or you will not be available at this address at the time of delivery and as a result the delivery will be delayed and/or fail, the company will be entitled to charge you for the order and the cost of the delivery.

You will be entitled to cancel an order for self-collection provided that you have not yet approved the preparation of the products. It is not possible to cancel a delivery order.
